Welcome to Nexus SMP! By purchasing tokens, joining our server, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join Nexus SMP.
By playing, you agree to follow our community rules and Minecraft’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Purchases & Tokens

Tokens are a virtual currency used only within Nexus SMP.
Tokens have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or traded outside the server.
All purchases are final. We operate a strict No Refund Policy, even if your account is banned, deleted, or if the server shuts down.

3. Player Conduct

Cheating, exploiting, or using hacked clients is strictly prohibited.
Toxic behavior, harassment, or rule-breaking may result in suspension or permanent ban, with no refund.

4. Server Availability

We strive to keep Nexus SMP online and stable. However, we do not guarantee 24/7 uptime.
