Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it.

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or external issues.

Prohibited Activities

Abuse, illegal activity, or use of servers for malicious purposes will lead to account termination.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is a technical issue, we may or may not provide a server replacement depending on the situation — a replacement is not guaranteed. We are not obliged to refund your payment for any reason and may refuse a refund at our discretion. It is your responsibility to manage your server’s security and proper use.

Service Renewal & Termination

If you do not renew your service on time, we reserve the right to terminate all associated services. Data loss may occur, and we are not responsible for any consequences of non-renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments to avoid termination.

Domains purchased through us are also linked to your hosting service. If you fail to renew your hosting/server/vps, we may terminate, suspend, or discontinue any associated domains without notice. This means your domain may become unavailable or be released for others to register.

Owner-Only Support

We only provide support to the original account owner who purchased the service. We do not communicate with server admins, staff, or managers. If you are not the owner, your support request will be ignored.

Node Transfers

We may change your server’s node whenever necessary for maintenance, upgrades, or performance reasons. You will be informed 1–2 days in advance if such a transfer is planned.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
